Christopher Haden-Guest, 5th Baroness Haden-Guest, is an English American American screenwriter, composer, musician, director, actor and comedian. Hollywood's best-known guest is the screenwriter, director, and lead role in the comedy series filmed in fake documentary style. Many of Guest's film character scenes and scenes were scripted and directed, although the actors didn't have time to rehearse and group the scenes while filming them. The series begins with This Is Spinal Tap and continues with Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, For Your Consideration and Mascots. Guest is the British heiress as 5th Baron Haden-Guest and has openly expressed his wish to see the House of Lords reformed into a democratic electoral hall.
