Floyd Elliot Wray is an American country music singer, known by the stage name Collin Raye and formerly Bubba Wray. Under the latter name, he recorded as a member of The Wrays from 1983 to 1987. He made his solo debut in 1991 as Collin Raye with the album All I Can Be, producing the hit song Number One. his first in "Love, Me". All I Can Be is the first of four consecutive albums released by Raye to achieve platinum certification in the US with sales of one million copies per album. Raye maintained a number of Top 10 hits for the remainder of the decade and until 2000. Can't Back Down in 2001 was his first album not to hit the Top 40 country, and it was immediately abandoned by his label. . He did not record any other studio album until 2005, Twenty Years and Change, which was released on an independent label.
