Dharam Singh Deol, known as Dharmendra, is an Indian actor, producer and politician best known for his work in Hindi films. He is also known as the “man” of Indian cinema. He is considered to be one of the most successful and successful actors in the history of Indian cinema. In the mid-1970s, he was also voted one of the 10 most handsome men in the world. In 1997, he received the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to Hindi cinema. One of his most notable roles was in the 1975 film Sholay. He was a member of India's 15th Lok Sabha, representing the Bikaner electoral district in Rajasthan of the Bharatiya Janata Party. In 2012, the Indian government awarded Mr. Padma Bhushan, India's third highest civilian title.
