Diane Eve Warren is an American musician, musician, and record producer. She became famous in 1983 and has since written songs for and co-wrote songs with several singers, as well as for several feature films. Warren has written 9 top 10 songs and 32 top 10 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In addition, two of the top 13 songs in the 57-year history of the Hot 100 were composed by her. Warren's career began with DeBarge's 1985 hit "Rhythm of the Night".
