Isla Lang Fisher is an Australian Jewish actress and author. She started her career on Australian television. Born to Scottish parents in Oman, she moved to Australia at the age of 6. After appearing in TV commercials at a young age, Fisher became famous for his role as Shannon Reed in the opera Home and Away from 1994 to 1997, winning two Logie Award nominations.
