Jay Michael Gruden is an American football coach and former full-back. Previously, he was head coach of the Washington Redskins from 2014 to 2019 and attack coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2011 to 2013. While at the Arena Football League, he won four ArenaBowls as a player and two more as head coach. He is the brother of Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden and assistant coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2002 to win Super Bowl XXXVII.
