Cardiff City midfielder who has twice been named Wales Club Player of the Year. Before joining Crystal Palace in 2014, he played four seasons with Celtic FC. He joined Derby County in 2017.

Joseph Christopher Ledley is a Welsh professional footballer who plays in central midfield for Newport County. He started his career with championship club Cardiff City, where he had six years. He helped the club to the 2008 FA Cup final and the 2010 play-off Championship final. In 2010, he joined Celtic on a free transfer. He won the Scottish Premier League title in his second season with the club in 2012 and the Scottish League and Cup 2013. He signed for Crystal Palace in January 2014 and played three seasons and a half in the Premier League for them. Ledley played for Wales Under-17s, Under-19s and Under-21s, before making his official debut in 2005. Since then he has made more than 70 international appearances and several appearances. Ledley is part of the Welsh squad that reached the semi-finals of UEFA Euro 2016
