John Michael Gaudreau is an American professional ice hockey winger for the National Hockey League's Calgary Flames team. He played for the Boston College Eagles in NCAA Division I from 2011 to 2014. Gaudreau was selected by Flames in the fourth round, 104 final, of the 2011 NHL Draft. With the nickname "Johnny Hockey", he won the Hobey Baker Award 2014 as the best NCAA player and in his first full season at the NHL in 2014-2015 he has been selected to compete in the 2015 NHL All-Star Game. And was named finalist for NHL's top rookie Calder Memorial Trophy. He won the Lady Byng Memorial Cup as the most polite NHL player for the 2016-17 season.
