Lily Jane Collins is an English-American actress. The daughter of British musician Phil Collins and American actress Jill Tavelman, she was born in Surrey and moved to Los Angeles as a child. Collins' first role was at the age of two in the BBC series Growing Pains. She was named International Model of the Year by Spanish magazine Glamor after being chosen by Chanel to wear one of their dresses at the Hotel de Crillon in 2007. She has acted in films such as films. - Thriller Abduction, Mirror Mirror fantasy, urban fantasy The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, and also starred in standalone romantic comedies to establish Stuck in Love, The English Teacher and Love, Rosie. Collins won the New Hollywood Film Award and was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Musical or Comedy for her role as Marla Mabrey in Rules Don't Apply.
