He is well known for his roles in Indian Malayalam films such as Boeing Boeing (1985), Ramji Rao Speaking (1989), and In Harihar Nagar (1990), but he is also known for producing the 2007 Malayalam feature Katha Parayumpol, which won him a Filmfare Award.
