Murray John Sawchuck is a stage magician, magician, comedian, actor and presenter. Based in Las Vegas, SawChuck calls himself "Dennis's Magic Thief", and his performances often involve a mixture of "funny accidents" that lead to illusions and tricks. He was featured in season five of America's Got Talent and is a resident historian of magic on Pawn Stars. SawChuck has also appeared as a Magic Trainer on five episodes of the VH1 Celebracadabra series, and has been a guest on shows like Reno 911 !, Last Comic Standing, Celebrity Blind Date, War of the Worlds 2: The Next Wave, and Ring. of Darkness. In 2018, the mayor of Las Vegas surprised SawChuck with the November 25 statement, Murray the Magician Day. SawChuck currently has a permanent exhibition at the Hotel Tropicana and travels the world regularly.
