Osmel Ricardo Sousa Mansilla is a Cuban-Venezuelan beauty pageant businessman, guru and former president of Miss Venezuela and Mister Venezuela. Renowned for his excellence in beauty pageants and advertising, Sousa has been nicknamed the "Beauty Czar" or Impresario for his important role in creating a large number of beauty titles for Venezuela. On February 8, 2018, Sousa publicly announced her intention to step down from her post and ultimately Gabriela Isler took over as Venezuela's national director.
