Rosa María Perez is an American actress, choreographer and community activist. Her breakthrough performance in the film was her role as Tina in Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing, which she continued with White Men Can't Jump. Among the many honors, she was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Fearless as well as three Emmy Awards for her choreography in In Living Color. Perez has also appeared in Broadway plays, such as The Ritz, Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune, and Fish in the Dark. In addition, she co-hosts ABC chat show The View during the 18th season of the series.
