Sharron Elizabeth Davies, is a former British competitive swimmer who has represented the UK at the European Olympics and Championships, and competed for England at the Commonwealth Games. . She won a silver medal in the individual 400 meter run at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow and two gold medals at the 1978 Commonwealth Olympics in Edmonton. Since retiring from sports, she has worked as a television presenter and sponsor of charities for children with disabilities and fitness. She also participated in Dancing on Ice 2010.
