Timothy Mark Vine is an English writer, actor, comedian and presenter known for his one-line jokes and his role in Not Going Out from 2006 to 2014. He was has released several DVDs about his comedy monologue and has written several books about jokes. In 2010 and 2014, Vine won the Best Jokes award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
