Thomas Patrick Colicchio is a famous American chef. He co-founded Gramercy Tavern in New York City, a former co-owner and executive chef. He is also the founder of Crafts Hospitality, which includes Craft, Riverpark, Temple Court, Craftsteak, Heritage Steak, and Small Batch restaurants. Colicchio is the recipient of five James Beard Foundation awards for culinary achievement. He has been the principal judge for each season on the reality TV show Bravo Top Chef as well as on Best New Restaurant of which he is also the executive producer. Colicchio has also served as a featured chef in the Grands Chefs shows.
