Tyrus Wayne Thomas is a former American professional basketball player who last played for the Bundesliga basketball's Eisbären Bremerhaven. He played college basketball for Louisiana State University before being ranked fourth overall by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2006 NBA Draft. He was then traded to the Chicago Bulls, where he played three and a half seasons when in February. In 2010, he traded for Charlotte Bobcats.
