Notable for his KOFRA Film Award-winning portrayal of the title role in the South Korean thriller Hwayi: A Monster Boy, he is also well known for his MBC Drama Award-winning work in the television shows Missing You and Moon Embracing Sun, as well as for his SBS Drama Award-winning performances in the shows Tazza, Gourmet, and Iljimae.

Yeo Jin-goo is a South Korean actor. Yeo began his career as a child actor, making his debut in the film Sad Movie. With the nickname "Nation's Brother", he went on to play lead roles as a child in films and television series such as A Frozen Flower, Giant, Moon Embracing the Sun and Missing You. He is known for playing the main character in the action thriller Hwayi: A Monster Boy, in which he won the Best New Actor award at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. Since then he has starred in the films Shoot Me in the Heart, The Long Way Home and Warriors of the Dawn. He has also appeared in the dramas Orange Marmalade, The Royal Gambler, Circle, Reunited Worlds, The Crowned Clown, My Absolute Boyfriend, Hotel Del Luna and Beyond Evil.
